Laxmi Bank invites all talented video creators, social media enthusiasts and skilled content creators to take part in ‘My Mobile Money’ video contest.

We are looking for a short video clip depicting ways you use your Mobile Money for:

  • Airline Tickets, OR
  • QR Merchant Payment

Make a Video showing how you use our Mobile Money services

Winning video under each featured category will win NPR 50,000 for up to a total prize of NPR 250,000.

  • The video should illustrate how you use the above mentioned features of mobile money in your day-to-day life.
  • You can submit up to 5 videos covering each of the different categories of Mobile Money before the submission deadline (Submission details will be communicated later to registered participants).
  • Winners will be judged on following parameters by a panel of experts from the related field:
    • Creativity
    • Storytelling & Emotional Appeal
    • Relevance to the stated requirements

Download the Laxmi Bank Mobile Money App available on App Store and the Google Play Store.

Create a video of up to 3 minutes long, in standard video format (MP4 File Format).

Contest Rules

  • Eligibility – The contest is open to all Nepali citizens over 18 years of age (Contest is only for individuals and NOT organizations, however, individuals affiliated to organizations can participate without representing their organizations).
  • Participants must register beforehand to participate in the contest and is mandatory for all entries. (Registration shall be open for a set period of time after the contest announcement and we shall take entries from the registered participants only).
  • Participants may submit the videos in Nepali, English or Neplish (Combination of English & Nepali).
  • Upon submission, participant transfers the ownership rights to the Bank and may be subject to modification and revision and may potentially be used in online and offline promotional mediums.
  • Participants may submit up to a maximum of 5 videos – 1 video for each different service category stated above.
  • Video content that incurs any legal or copyright problems will not only be considered invalid in this contest but also the creator of the video may be held fully responsible for the legal action that may follow.
  • Participants will have to submit their videos before the deadline January 22, 2021, 11.59 PM to contests@laxmibank.com.
  • Participants must register for Mobile Money service to participate in the contest.
  • Laxmi Bank reserves the right to disqualify any entry that is deemed inappropriate or does not conform to stated contest rules.
